The Boston Special Education Parent Advisory Council has been reconstituted with new By-Laws and a new Executive Board of elected officers and members at large.  Mass Advocates for Children is supporting the PAC and has offered to provide this web page for their use until they create their own.  Included here is an initial set of informational materials that include:
