Through our intake hotline, MAC is not only able to help individual families and children, but we also are able to identify the latest trends in the types of issues families are facing.  This understanding then informs our decisions to conduct administrative or legislative advocacy, or litigation, in order to obtain relief for large numbers of children and families.

In this way, case advocacy is at the heart of MAC's ability to both change conditions for many and help one child at a time.
