Senior Attorney

Diana Santiago is a Senior Attorney at Massachusetts Advocates for Children focusing on special education matters.  As part of MAC’s Proyecto Acceso a la Educación Especial, Diana provides advice through MAC’s Helpline to Spanish-speaking parents and legal representation to Latino parents facing linguistic and cultural barriers to accessing special education services on behalf of their children.  She also conducts workshops and outreach to Latino families throughout the Greater Boston area. Prior to joining MAC, Diana worked at the Boston Public Health Commission managing the Boston Child Health Study and projects focusing on children with disabilities. Immediately after graduating from law school she was a staff attorney at South Coastal Counties Legal Services focusing in family law and public benefits advocacy.  Diana attended Northeastern University School of Law and has a master’s degree in public health from Tufts University School of Medicine.
