Marc Trudel is a Young Adult Leader Fellow at MAC. Right now he’s learning the basics on how laws are made and learning about the different parts of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). He currently attends Salem State University and studies criminal justice/investigation, philosophy, and fitness. In the future, Marc plans to be a social activist for people who have been victims of discrimination due to race, sex, sexuality, and faith. In his free time, Marc is very active in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido and is a second degree black belt. He teaches martial arts and judges martial arts competitions.
The Young Adult Leader Fellowship is a yearlong fellowship that provides young adults ages 18-26 with intellectual disabilities and/or autism to learn the professional skills needed to advocate on behalf of other youth with disabilities. To learn more about the Fellowship, click here.
