Marinna Carrera joined MAC in 2024 as the Development Associate. In this role, Marinna works to engage communities and grow MAC’s outreach.

Before joining MAC, Marinna worked at the YWBoston coordinating and assisting in the organization and communications of the inclusive program LeadBoston. The program focused on teaching DEI and providing strategies to various C-level executive leaders in the city of Boston.

Marinna attended Clark University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science and Philosophy. Marinna has a passion for learning about human rights and developmental psychology. During her free time, she enjoys reading, doing arts and crafts, photography, and traveling to new places!
