MAC is the leading advocacy organization in the state protecting the rights of students with disabilities, conducting effective legislative and administrative advocacy, developing training curricula to empower parents, providing technical assistance and representation to low-income parents, convening a statewide coalition, and mobilizing parents and advocates to defend special education.*
