Rachel Enad is MAC’s Family Support Specialist. Rachel provides Intensive Technical Assistance (ITA) for families through short term advocacy work. She engages with families through additional outreach efforts such as parent and professional trainings, working on the MAC helpline, and serving as the MAC representative for the Surround Care Coalition. Through her role, she works to uplift and celebrate the voices and experiences of the communities she serves. She is passionate about making education equitable and accessible to all.
She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross where she studied Sociology, Education, and Peace and Conflict Studies. Throughout her time in college, she was involved with several non-profit organizations through volunteer work and served as an intern for the Donelan Office of Community Based Learning, where she found a passion for community centered and mission driven work. She hopes to continue advocating for students and families in her role at MAC.
