Transition from School to Adult Life Webinar

This workshop, hosted by MAC’s Johanne Pino with questions read by Shalene Gupta, addresses the transition planning and services required for youth with disabilities ages 14-22. The training focuses on transition special education services which prepare youth for employment/independent living/further education. It discusses mechanisms to plan for services students may require when they exist special education; as well as the transition to the adult human service system.
