District acknowledges that it did not hold required IEP meeting until more than a year after it should have been scheduled

Compliance:

District conducted initial evaluation within 30 days of receiving consent

District must provide parent and DESE a copy of 504 plan

District must convene Team to discuss IEE and provide DESE a copy of notice and determination

District must conduct a training for all special education personnel re: IEP meeting requirements and provide documentation to DESE
