District failed to provide all required IEP services: English Language Arts (ELA), Math, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)

Finding

(Partial) Noncompliance:

District did not provide all required services of student’s IEP due to staff absence during Covid-19. District developed a compensatory plan for missed sessions.

Corrective Action

District must obtain signed agreement for the compensatory plan and provide it to PRS by 9/15/21. If not, DESE will develop a plan.
